Three stellar veteran actors in this movie. Jose Calvo, Franco Ressel, and Aldo Sambrell. Jose Calvo and Aldo Sambrell starred with Clint Eastwood in, A fistful of dollars, and Franco Ressell starred with Lee Van Clief in the first Sabata movie. All in all, this movie is a first class western bravado, but not quite as good as, A fistful of dollars, and The good, the bad, and the ugly, but it's a bit better and action packed than, for A few dollars more. !!!

Nico Fidenco out did himself with the musical score in this movie, The first five to ten minutes of the music to the movie sounds very stylish and good, but then throughout the rest of the movie, the music was repetitive, like Nico Fidenco was afraid to add on more additional musical scores in the movie, Save for the mariachi, the saloon, and banjo music, but the action and plot made up for the lack of additional musical scores in the movie. Nico Fidenco did the same musical work in the western movie, The Texican with Audie Murphy and Broderick Crawford.!!

Great, great western. Conrado Sanmartin as "Duke" was compelling and believable. "Steve Blaine" was way too wooden. That being said, this remains one of the best spaghettis. The conclusion wordless as it is is powerful stuff. Ah yes! This is an original score. Not from 3:10 to Yuma. American westerns did not have these kinds of scores.
