I'm so glad to see this. My little cousin has autism, so it means a lot to see representation of it in different shows and movies. The people who were being mean and bullied the people with autism need to grow tf up and learn some respect, but otherwise I really liked to see the representation. Thank you for making this video💖

This really touched my heart cause my little brother is autistic quite difficult for my parents and I to understand him , it took until he was 5-6 for him to say his first words which was the most beautiful moment for me and my family. I’m glad to see a representation of this in these dramas. This was heartwarming to watch ☺️

I am autistic and donot behave like that. We are different as people are different. These autistic ppl have problem with samoregulation and this what they should help them. @Minni of course, people too, but when people have meltdowns is the sign that they cannot regulate properly. Autistic people are people and can be unhealthy and healthy. I'm autistic myself and this edit made me tear up, I got bullied, called mentaly disabled, it took me 15 years of my life to learn how to act like neurotypical people. However, these series didn't mention the part when adults bully autistic child to praise their child for being normal, just like: "oh god your child can't walk? What a shame, my child started walking at 3, he's a genius" to me, this is the most traumatizing experience I was getting

i love watching autism have representatives in kdramas/movies- though they're very generalized/typical, it's really a good thing to see. but i really wish there are some that focuses in ADHD characters, too.... and the actual struggles we face since it's a disability, too, and i personally am severe enough to not really able to function in society.... oof suddenly remember this scene in do bong soon, "does my kid have adhd?" poster in the hospital made me overthink about how bong soon has a little adhd traits but it's taken very lightly and is far from being talked about.

I am really happy to see that the attitude towards autistic people starts to gain popularity and draw public attention. I am a volunteer in a centre for autistic people and every day I see how unique these people are and how much we, "normal people", ( I don't think such thing exists) can learn from them. These people who acts like this in the video must understand that we all are different and actually autistic people aren't different in a some specific way because in my opinion everybody has some peculiar characteristics connected with our communication skills and behaviour. It isn't something nor normal neither strange. We are just us without putting labels. 🙂❤️

I love all of these dramas but move to heaven is so so close to my heart it's so underrated and total emotional rollercoaster, i never actually cry infact i love dramas, books with sad ending but they never make me cry not even single tear but this drama had me cry on floor, each episode consist of emotional yet beautiful story and the way ml portrayed the character is just perfect and so realistic. this is type of drama that no matter how many times i watch I'll never get bored. Those who haven't watched it yet you're missing out big it's 100000/10 recommended

This brought tears to my eyes, and made me lose faith in humanity a little bit. Afterall, I know this stuff happens in real life (and probably always will) but I take comfort in knowing that the people who hurt others with disabilities like this (or hurt those weaker than them) just have a lot of insecurities and will probably never have anyone that truly loves them because of the things they do - or did. Meanwhile, the people they've hurt have much more strength than them because most of them never stoop to that level, and I really hope one day everyone will learn to accept each other rather than bullying and abusing others to hide their own imperfections and flaws.

All I see is people close to autistic people in the comments praising these shows. Non autistic people praising autistic acts for “representation” and saying it means alot to them to see something their ___ has on TV. Fun fact of the day, there’s barely any autistic people that act like how we’re portrayed in TV- if not none. Society’s just so used to letting us be talked over by allistic people that they follow the same guide lines for every character. They have to be a savant, no eye contact, not understanding anything, a burden. But most of us aren’t like that. The chances of an autistic person being a savant are honestly not that likely. Most autistic people you meet will just raise an eyebrow if you ask them what subject or thing they’re really good at. Because the truth is, society only wants to accept us if we can “contribute to the world”. And the actual chances of you seeing an autistic character who isn’t just inspiration porn and can actually portray real feelings? Rarer that rare. For the first time in the US, in 2021 (?) for a Christmas movie was the first known time an autistic actor played an autistic character in media. And it felt liberating. Hence, why most shows that people praise so much for being inspirational portrayal really aren’t realistic at all. It’s meant for the neurotypical population to feed off of, not to actual represent us autistic people. The closest I’ve seen so far was honestly Woo young woo. The actress did her research heavily and even originally wanted to turn down the role because she didn’t want to misrepresent. They put in little things like food issues and ya know, doing actual adult things like drinking, dating, being in a work setting. They made her a savant to do so, but it was still close. That one episode with the interabled couple was probably the best I’ve ever seen in my entire life. They showed how much were talked over no matter what we do or say as long as there’s an allistic voice talking over us. She actually dated, and it showed how often we really want to talk about our special interests. There’s definitely a lot of things I could nit pick, like how it’s still hella stereotypical, savant Syndrome, the obvious one way everybody thinks that they have to avoid eye contact always and always noise sensitive. The hitting the head when stressed. But it’s the closest I’ve seen in a while. And the fact she was female just- wow I didn’t even think allistic people knew women could be autistic (I’m kidding I’m kidding). Also- (spoilers last episode) her brother?! Holy hell. So yeah, there’s that. This is honestly just be reaching- to the dear people in the comments. Please don’t speak over your autistic friends and family. We can do things on our own. What you think is perfect representation may be something that’s disturbing and uncomfortable to watch for us. Thanks and have a great day love 🫶 (ps, this is in no way attacking the person who made this edit. I would like to ask why is it funny to some people to see others get violently tortured, what joy are you getting from doing all this, people say the devil, ghost, spirits are scary but how are we the living less evil or cruel then them, if we can cause these people to feel like it’s their fault for even being born, make them feel abnormal for acting a certain way, make them feel like they don’t belong for any given reason, and let’s ask this question. Even if their “illness” or “abnormalities” are gone will they still be treated like human beings, will they still get the respect they deserve, a life is a life treat that life with the respect that he/she/they/them deserves. Don’t torture but nurture.
