In Buddha Garden January 29th - February 3rd

The week began with saying goodbye to Rajan who went to Malaysia to help Ashok on Chempaka Kuning farm. With lots of volunteers staying in Buddha Garden is was a very busy week. We did a lot of the regular jobs like microgreen cutting, nursery planting, clearing beds, weeding and harvesting, as well as the less regular jobs like cleaning up the recycling area and deep cleaning the kitchen. The chickens also had a good week an now have a tree to give them shade an insects, two rotten logs to peck at as well as much larger pile of grass and another pile of teak leaves in which to forage. Everything is looking very green and fruitful.
