Thank you, Joe. As along time viewer of your work, direct positive photographs are inspiring!

Thank you for another excelente instructional video on Photography do it yourself which is an ideal way to teach the brain a skill set that can be learned during this pandemic.

Exactly the kind of information (in best possible format) I was looking for. Thank you very much once again. Now I have to find your advice on preflashing this particular paper. By the way, have you preflashed the paper you used here in this video?
@Joe_VanCleave4 жыл бұрын
I did pre-flash the Harman paper in this video. It doesn't need as much pre-flashing as negative paper, depending on your lighting.

@@Joe_VanCleave Thank you... It seems some trial&error is definitely needed. The thing is, I only have three boxes of Harman PP (FB) but too many projects : ))

Really interesting procedure Joe. Really fun to see the unexpected results, like the fleece she was wearing. Never saw how selenium toning works before either, so thanks for that! :)

Great VID here Joe. :-) About the same time I was working on using Photo Paper Rolled onto a 120 spool. I had to tape the Paper strips together - however - it worked. I only could to 10 (NOT 12) exposures as the taped lines interfered in the 4th and 8th exposures. So with that thinking, I re-shoot Number 4 and Number 8.

Lovely photograph and really cool technique. I've only ever used direct positive paper in a pinhole camera but you've got me thinking!

Check into using a Polaroid back for the Bronica. My Mamiya TLR's have single shot backs makes things much simpler

I'm using instax square in Bronica SQ-Ai with Polaroid back and TLRs. Results are nice.

Can't you get all your camera problems sorted out before making the video? .. 🥱
