Great review. It really helped and understanding the installation. The instructions were outdated as you mentioned, but your insight into the adhesive tape really helped. The included double sided tape must be for if needed in the future. Keep it up!

I just put a set of these on, the fronts are awesome and the backs are awesome but they went in too easy. The clips are a must but didn't have the teeth as seen in the pic on website.

Awesome and seems like it will be a good durable product. I need to get some for my GC and I will give these a try. I have to admit when I seen that it had metal clips to install as well. I didn't like that and possibly scratching up the window when rolling up and down. I'll try the areas you used.
