Surely, Bus Service 171 will extend to Tengah! I feel that Tengah will benefit from a bus service that connects them to Bukit Panjang and all the way to Yishun (via Singapore Zoo sumore, though need to transfer). As for other bus services…? Seems like maybe one or two feeders in the future, though not so soon, since currently 871 & 992 are playing the feeder role in ferrying passengers to and from the “central” of Tengah. Maybe when other estates open. Also please someone needs to take care of the lack of bus service between West & Changi Airport to supplement EWL. Hoping to see a bus service to Changi Airport from Tengah, even though LTA says it’s very unlikely…

My idea is to at least have a bus service from Bidadari to the airport or whatever and connect to Jalan Toa Payoh/Kolam Ayer so that those from the west can link from say 966 or 985 to this proposed airport route. I sadly couldn't think of any other ideas as the west side is just too far from Changi Airport, plus PIE is quite prone to jams so it cannot stay on the expressway for too long.

Nice Video! I think it is important for the authorities to plan a better bus-only corridor as the one in Tengah currently does not serve its purpose with many other drivers also using it.

Heard 3 new service one trunk and two feeder in tandem for the batches of residents moving in..I forsee when that happens,96,282,284 & 285 will be handover to Clementi package.

Sept will be the start of hell for most of the long haul bus routes and maybe tel rationalisation. I doubt the gov said about the more money being pump to bus sector. Maybe it is bye bye to 10 51 61 67 196 197 961 etc.

871 is the result of them trying to accomplish everything with just one service Sending it through dd restricted st 52 and stuff making it troll via bbt east ave 2/3/6 when via 985 route is more efficient should've just intro an additional bus svc that links swiss cottage gombak mrt and bbt east ave 2/3 Gonna backfire on bus planning league lol
