With comparisons to another great artist/singer/songwriter who also played the guitar and other instruments (Prince), she is more than deserving of having a signature guitar from Fender. Whoever you’d like to see get their own signature guitar literally means nothing to H.E.R. having a signature strat. You’re better off taking the bitterness out of your heart and use that energy to support someone you’d like to see get their own signature guitar because H.E.R. already has 2 signature strats from Fender. Sometimes, well most of the time, we learn through osmosis, but this video got me to look up from what I was working on and just watch. Very cool. I can't wait to show H.E.R. to my niece. She's an incredibly beautiful, talented 9 year old who is already a fantastic dancer, gymnast and cheerleader. Plus, she loves to sing and already has excellent taste and excitement for music with some of her favorites being Michael Jackson and Prince. I've been playing guitar - primarily Fender - since I was 12 years old and I'm almost 40 now and although she likes my guitars, I feel like this is the artist that might help to get her _excited_ about playing the guitar and other instruments. Very, very inspiring.

This is what the "Music Industry" USED to be about. When I was coming up 90% of the Artists with contracts would release a studio album and THEN go on tour, stretch out & explore their musical abilities and release a LIVE album!!!! Now, 98% of the masses ("artists"?) are nothing more than "Music Spokesmodels" who couldn't sing or play their way out of a wet paper bag! The comments here are so stupid. If you can fill a stadium with your music and guitar playing, you are well deserving of a signature guitar IMO. Half the people saying her playing is shit would buy a White Stripes or Ian Curtis signature guitar in a second. Two people who literally cannot play the guitar, arguably at all, but still made great music with the instrument.
