There are many unanswered questions. 1. How did the defendant get the video? 2. The plaintiff said the tape was seven years old, then called out that she has not smoked since December....Why was she calling out a month rather than a year. 3. If the defendant’s mother was married to the father in question at the time her birth, there is a presumption of paternity under the law. What proof of paternity (for herself ) did the plaintiff have that allowed her to be entitled to question someone else’s biological relationship to the father? 4. If you can’t scrape together 120.00 within four months of your father’s death, how can you get mad at someone for properly and honorably processing his remains?
@murieltillman95543 жыл бұрын
You hit some very valid points. That video looks like it was posted on the internet. If that was the case, it can always be found, one way or another. Plaintiff wasn't going to come up with one red nickel to help bury the biological contributor, but wanted to have a say in what was going to happen with him. It usually doesn't work like that. Defendant purjered herself several times, first by saying she never smoked crack, also by saying there was no video proving that she did. SMDH. Etc, etc, etc. I don't even want to continue my comment. This case was just a pitiful mess. How horrible to go looking for siblings and run across this itsh. Damn.

This case was a mess. I feel bad for these two. They were corrupted by lack of parental guidance. One mother abandoned the plaintiff and the other didn't want to be truthful about the father. The father himself is a sleaze and a deadbeat. I can't believe regardless that these two are fighting over his dead body still. He wasn't there for any of you but you want to fight over his dead body? Make it make sense 🤦♂️
@sereneamani17133 жыл бұрын
I didn't hear anything suggesting that the defendant's mother was untruthful about the father. One sister was fighting over the dead body. Here's how part of it may make sense - Human nature dictates that people still often love (or have deep emotion for) their parents or other relatives, spouses, etc., regardless of the treatment.

Unfortunately this case sad. Judge Mathis really needed to speak to the plaintiff. She's had it rough, our 1st loves should be our parents.. they didn't show up for her. They are who we trust. She was introduced to alcohol at a young age then turned to drugs. She didn't have the funds when the father died neither did she have them later to bury him. She thought or rather was told that the defendant was a nobody. And the very tiny bit she got of her father was the right to his body and she wanted what she thought was owed to her. I get the defendant is over her sister and her behavior I pray they get through it. The plaintiff needs her family

This case is beyond sad. The father failed both his daughters. I can understand the plaintiff being salty, but the deceased did sign the birth certificate of the defendant. She didn’t have the funds, but I wouldn’t have sued. I noticed she sued for money and not the ashes 🤷♀️

@@moondancer6488 LOL I’m serious…he could be falling asleep up there on the bench, and let someone even just hint at the word ‘crack’ and his ears perk up and he’s at full attention. Either A) he’ll clown on you about it or B) he’ll go into detail about it But there’s something about that word, that triggers him.

Parents lying to their children and neglecting and rejecting them. Of course it would end in this emotional mess. People need to stop having kids and not parent creating adults in pain. Smh...
