The plaintiff says the defendant caught him cheating six months after they began dating. They stayed together off and on, but he’s suing her for stealing his gun and defamation of character. The defendant says the plaintiff posted naked pictures of her on social media and even sent a sex tape of the two of them to her aunt. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.

It appears that she was nervous, embarrassed, and inexperienced in presenting herself which he knew all too well of her and took advantage of her. It also appears that the Judge was in fact concerned of the plaintiff's violation of her privacy and was about to levy fines upon him for his part. She changed her mind about allowing the video but perhaps she did realize that If he (Judge) saw the evidence it would have been limited to only the Judge and maybe the 'in-court audience' at the most which was not many, especially during that time. She should have allowed it and got her fines heavily reduced. But she gave up and pulled her 'punch'. My guess is that her desire to fight him back by standing up for herself was severely compromised by her anger with herself for allowing this punk to convince her to make the sex video (as his cheating). WARNING: "Announcement to WOMEN!" making a sex video tape never turns out in the woman's (our) favor. It backfires.

This part. Judge was so mad at her over the gun that he wasn't trying to listen & when she was trying to explain what happened, he shamed her. Altho, in other cases about far less private things, he will give judges for someone sharing private information. JM screwed up on this one bc he got a shady vibe from her & then wouldn't let her talk. She had a hard time explaining herself, & I think that's bc she was taught to never admit to anything someone doesn't have proof of (Houston is a very hard place to be black...you never tell cops or judges anything unless they have proof bc they will twist it) & she didn't realize that she needed someone to help her prepare & practice her argument before coming to court so she could stay on track & not get thrown by unexpected questions.

It is without saying that someone who does that activity with a private sex partner would not want that to be distributed publicly. So to act as though: “oh you didn’t explicitly say they can’t show that material to others so ofc they showed it to others and you have no legal bearing” is completely dense.
