Love the content and those were some great saves. I’m a gk myself and although I’m injured with a broken arm for the time being I’ve never been able to get my goal kicks and sometimes even clearances a long distance aswell as accurate, I’d love some tips

Sometimes kicking long isn't always the best way, maybe general improvement of kicks and the placement will help you first. Look out for the goalkeeper kick tips.

That's ok, sometimes we need to. And your players need to help you out. Maybe chat with them about movement and where they would like to receive the ball? Before the game that is, or maybe you want them to show for a pass in a certain place?

We must expect that sometimes we cannot control everything as goalkeepers. BUT, how about chatting to your defenders in training or before matches? and ask them how the whole of you can improve? Are there things you think they need to do inside a game to stop attacks? is there anything they need from you? like more communication or kicking out a certain way? Talk with them, and help them understand your frustrations, build trust and have open conversations about improving together.

if you need rest, rest is always best. and seek out medical help. read/study about your injury online and search for programs specific to your injuries to work on
