If the lock is in the open position, follow the steps above in the video and reset the combo :)

@@ScorpioFiggy739 No, I don't believe you can unlock it without knowing the combo. The instructions recommend writing the combo down or taking a photo of it after setting it. You may have to replace the lock if it's locked and you don't know the combo.
