In your comparison with that aqua/turquoise color, you can clearly see how that color creates a reflection on your skin that really isn't flattering. It mixes up with your skin's color frequency and creates this weird, greyed layer on your skin. I don't see where people might see brightness there, it's really not your color. And in the virtual comparisons you can clearly tell that those spring colors totally overpower your coloring, you look almost grey surrounded by them. In this case, same thing, I really can't see how others might think these colors brighten your skin, they really just dull it out and take away from your natural beauty. When I wear spring colors, it brings out warmth, evens out my skin, highlights all my features and makes me look TRULY brighter whereas when I wear summer colors, I look dull, my skin goes patchy and uneven, my undereye area looks tired, my eyes go muddy, I look colorless and VERY pale and unhealthy. That's also what happens with you when you wear spring colors. And I think that is very obvious, really. In the case of your client, the first picture doesn't look bad, but I think her face is hit by quite bright lighting and that can hide the effects colors have on your skin. But you can really see the difference with the second photo of her. She literally glows.

I was mis-analized as cool summer before being correctly analyzed as a warm spring. Both were in person by professional

@@cathwalsh9921 That's what I just thought. I wonder how this happened...

@JuliaKirsty I have a strong rosy pink overtone. My undertone is very warm. The person was obviously distracted or confused by my surface skin coloring. Warm Spring is correct and has been confirmed by multiple professionals since. It also is very in harmony with my natural coloring.

I think I'm a Light Summer (was analysed in person by someone who only uses 4 seasons as a Summer but she said it was close and something was throwing it off a bit)... but I feel like I can wear some of the lighter Spring colours, especially the reds. Blue-reds seem to bring out any pigmentation and scars in my skin. I guess Light Summer and Light Spring are next to each other so maybe that makes sense?

Any tips on descending light summer from true summer? Thank you!

Great video. I am thinking about that for a long time. I was color analyzed 3 times with the old 4 types system as a summer. The last one of these professionals told me I could wear some spring colors and need a pop of color around my face. Well, recently found out I am actually a spring. Would love you to confirm that for myself someday. 😅
