Nice episode, I like any topic on inductors and magnetic fields.

Me too but the problem is most of Inductors are custom made so you have to do with manufacturing of the component as an Electronic circuit designer as well as the whole circuit which makes the job much harder and unstable or controllable to finish properly, i.e. more human and guess errors to be involved with Inductors use...

if you were based in Texas then you might be allowed to build a high power 20 coil rifle but obviously you are not therefore you will have to go with very safe uses.

Thank you to Kemet for an excellent tutorial ! Anything that makes switch-mode power supplies create less interference at radio frequencies MUST be good ! More power to Kemet's elbow !

This was a great video. I feel like the two halves, question and response, could have been integrated a little more smoothly but that's just a nitpick.

I thought that in the US, it's the FCC that deals with EMI testing while UL is more focused on safety?

I was reluctant about watching this, but then again I thought it would not impede my evening too much.
