Got wrong final Battle stops called by the Grave, the card says "the Activated effects of Subterror cards cannot be negated" for example u try to negate something, fiendess cl1 called by the grave cl2 and then final battle cl3: fiendess will be banish by the effect from called, but she will still negate because u activated her effect successfully. Other than Solemn strike that negate the Aktivation from effects.

Final battle does indeed stop callled by the grave because called by the grave is an actived effect. Solemn strike however can negate any subterror effect regardless if you activated final battle prior because solemn strike negates the effects activation not the effect.

Thank you @MATTT6 for giving us a complete guide on subterrors. I just played a player with the deck and had a hard time because I didnt know what where the chock points in the deck but from looking at your breakdown the field spell and removing guru from the field looks like the way to start breaking the board down!. Thank god zexal is banned but zexal with hidden city and guru is nuts!. 🤯

11:05 help me here. On yugipedia Damage Step it said "Fast Effects that negate the activation of an effect" Can be activated Edit: nvm, both Ash and Call negate effect, not activation

You can summon Behemoths off Fiendess's summon effect, as her flipping face-down is the last thing to happen.

what happens, if you want to use Gurus effekt to flipp an opponents monster face down, they try to negate it and you chain fiendess, targeting the same guru? will gurus effect resolve?

nope. You cant flipp both (involving guru) face down. so it doesent resolve

How does guru dodge infinite imperm? Doesn’t the effect state that only monsters can be flipped?

Make sure your final battle isn't under your monster in the same column so you don't get cooked by infinite impermanence. The fourth effect of final battle on the chain makes your subterrors effects unable to be negated on the chain as long as a counter trap or forbidden droplet with a trap discard isn't chained to negate the final battle all together. This is coming from a Guru Control player.

whats the point of playing this deck if you only use like 3 cards lol. you say all the behemoths suck, but thats the point of playing a rogue deck, its to make a bad card work. otherwise if winning is all you care about, just play a meta deck then lol.
