So much detail. It’s taking me ages to panel line everything, which is a blessing and a curse.

I know, right? So much detail.

I panel lined it as I built it, and grateful I did. It was tricky to figure out what parts of the frame will be seen, it’s more than you think.
@drjcup32282 ай бұрын
@@chrislail3824 Exactly. The frame peeks out of so many areas, and there’s a lot of open hatch gimmicks that show the metallic painted parts.

Just finished mine, took me 10 days. Panel lined the red armor in black and used a browish bronze panel liner on the gold, absolutely love this kit. Managed not to break anything somehow. Anyway, great review, glad ive found your channel.

My first gunpla i lost vitginity with lol. Took me like 60+ hours to finish, nothing broke, the plastic is great quality minimum marks after cutting, great manual, looks badass, made him pose similary like in video, he can hold the miniguns straight no problem, need to put the water sitckers on him, kinda scared of doing that for first time haha. Now ordered the IN ERA+ Aurora with metal frame, cant wait to start that one, love the white/golden combo. Im hooked to gunpla and joytoy mechas, spending money left and right lol.

Also, I have a question. It may be a very ignorant question, but I don't build. This is the question: If you were to do panel lining on the kit, would it be better to do it before taking them out of the runners? It seems to me like that would make it more efficient. Again, I don't know anything about anything... but it seems like a good idea to me.
@animousworks2 ай бұрын
Some actually do that. I usually panel line after building the model.
@coopers17162 ай бұрын
I keep staring at this kit and every picture is of it with it's guns and they're so visually distracting. Then I see it standing alone unarmed and man... 🥵 That's a spicy meatball.

How long was building the gatling gun's compared to the body? I'm surprised it isn't too articulated for how many parts there are
@animousworks2 ай бұрын
I was surprised, too. So i think the gatlings you will build in less than an hour if you dont count the belts. Its really straightforward, and you can build them all at the same time.
@epistarter11362 ай бұрын
@ gotcha so the belts are the unfun part 😂

You can pull his ankle joints down, that makes contact w the base.
@MarG83Ай бұрын
So you use the part on the runner for elbow part instread the extra one?
@animousworksАй бұрын
I used the one on the kit runner and have not had any issues. I just put the extra ones in a ziploc
@MarG83Ай бұрын
@animousworks do you trim/sanding it first? Any advice on the installment? I got the deluxe ver and it didn't get the extra runner, now i kinda lost mood to build it and thinking to sell it and grab the regular one
@animousworks29 күн бұрын
oh no!! I think the deluxe already brought the revised joints. I did feel the connection to be tight. so sanding it a bit might be the answer.

I was about to pull the trigger for this kit, almost like a mix of heavy armsxsazabi. Only thing I hate are the horn shoulder, I hate that, huge turnoff for me
@animousworksАй бұрын
I have mixed feelings about the shoulders. But they go well together with the overall look of the kit
@raellaneta6832Ай бұрын
@animousworks Agreed, I guess it's all about preferences. I love rounded kits that doesn't have too many spikes like Virtue gundam or Exia kits. Hell I would even remove some spikes on some kits when I kit bash lol
@animousworksАй бұрын
I agree with this. I am usually not a fan of super heavy designed kits. But in this case, it all just goes together well.

Glue! Glue!glue! There is nothing wrong with gluing kits. Where are you getting your thoughts on these issues.
@animousworks13 күн бұрын
I'll end up gluing the loose parts when i paint it. Thank you for your feedback.
@kyllerkill13 күн бұрын
Why don’t you drill out the holes. I do t get it. It’s that tight and you just go with it makes zero sense. I have every in era kit fully painted. And not a single one has loose joints. I feel your opinions are off a little. You don’t do any of the things normal modelers would do to fix any issues. You talk about super tight joints and then say don’t sand it. Have you done models before?
@animousworks13 күн бұрын
Thank you for your comment. Please remember that my review is for people to familiarize themselves with the kit. Although some of the joints were tight. That is not necessarily a bad thing. You say you paint your models. So you should know that not everyone who purchases these kits paint and customize theirs. When i paint mine. I will be addressing any tight fitment at that point. Again, high tolerances are not necessarily a bad thing. If i tell people to sand all their pegs and drill all their peg holes, but their kits don't need it. I would be spreading bad information. I do appreciate your feedback! Thank you. I will consider it for future content.
