The extra parts in the little ziplock baggie are replacement elbow joints. The orginals that come in the runner (E11, i believe) are too stiff and brittle.

Can look for overseas shops that do sell them. I got mine from Malaysia (I live in Singapore so it's convenient for me) and they do ship internationally.
