In Future, By Linking Minds to AI Human-Like Replicas on Earth, Astronauts Can Live in Both Places

After seeing this video from a few other people, I keep asking the same question to myself. Why are they leaving the replicants on earth and not putting them on the space station that way if something happens to the real person, somebody can step in and start using the replicant on the space station, and you could just carry extra replicants along with you for the trip in case you need one

Because you need real humans incase of communication failures because if you have robots instead of humans and you get a in a situation where the coms are damaged beyond software failure it needs a human to be there or can't be fixed because you can't use your replicas in a communication failure even a ton of radiation or a rock hitting the 📡 anything really would kill the entire mission and then it's a loss of the ship where a human can fix the coms or at the least save the ship and continue the mission in a coms blackout.. so it's done correctly the human goes to space the robot stays home!! It's the only way to be 100% radio hardware can't kill the mission and cause the loss of the ship.
