To me, it's okay to criticize anyone without using degrading words or insults. It's surprising that some veterans in UMNO itself allowed those kinds of behavior to prevail in the name of nationalism. What happens if other communities or groups of so-called, "nationalist" use all those vigorous words or phrases against some of old UMNO members or UMNO itself, who all these years had detached themselves from the reality of the younger generations that had rejected them. I bet for sure they will be jumping furiously. I thought UMNO is a decent Malays who upholds the "Kesopanan & Kesusilaan" way of life. First it was Ab Rauf Yusoh (Melaka CM) who was enthusiastic on giving Akmal Salleh a honorary title because he is hoping on Akmal to become the next Umno president, so that he will be given a place in the Umno Supreme council. For Tajuddin, he was ousted from Umno and pleaded many times to the Umno Presidency to take him back but there has been no response as he is in the bad books of Umno, especially of Zahid Hamidi. Since there is no way out for him, Tajuddin is backing Akmal, hoping when Akmal becomes the Umno President, he will be admitted back into Umno and be given to head some GLC accompanied with a hefty pay. As for Razaleigh backing Akmal, he is trying to get back into the limelight and hoping to stay relevant and maybe hoping to be given a high post in Umno.
