In Loving Memory of Lucas Alvarez p.s. I Love you

Lucas Alvarez was the brightest, happiest, most amazing person I've ever met. Our love story began in 2014 when we were best friends and from there we grew alongside each other, teaching and helping one another along the way. Lucas was my first love and the boy that I dated over this past year. He passed away about 2 weeks ago unexpectedly. I will be posting another video in a few days from now talking about what happened, how I'm dealing with it, how I am, talking about our story, and his story. I hope this video gives yall a little more insight as to how amazing Lucas really was. I hope his memory lives on forever and that he may inspire each and every one of us for the rest of our days.

I’m glad she has these treasured memories . Lucas had a smile and charisma that shined bright like a diamond , the Lord needed an Angel like him to return home . I suddenly lost my 30 year old Son 6 years ago to a unknown heart condition , our Daughter in Law who was 8 months pregnant at the time has since remarried and moved to another state with our Grandson. Dinbambi im so sorry for your loss, i completely understand how you feel. my mother decided to end her life right before i turned 12, i had to run to the neighbours so they can call an ambulance and we were in a foreign country we moved there because a war broke out in my country, we werent that close with anyone there but i didnt know the number for the ambulance, she had been sick from before i was born because of a brain hemorrhage she had at the age of 24 which left her paralized and gave her 20 years of health complications, and she had 3 miscarriages before i was born and i guess she was just emotionally tired after all those years and my grandma used to take care of me when my mother was in hospitals and what not and my grandma died only 6 months after my mother so it was very shitty year for me and im an only child and not on good terms with my dad at all. And ever since, everytime i date or if im in love my only fear is something happening to the person. I no longer date because of that, im always afraid and stressed and id cry randomly only out of fear even when the person is completely fine. I’m 23 now and i cant imagine falling in love again because my fear of losing him would eat me alive.

Mia Whitehead I definitely don’t think people die for a reason. I think there’s sickness in the world and bad things happen. I do believe that beauty can come from dark moments. I lost my 2 month old nephew and there was no explainable reason for it even medically. But has beauty come from my family’s story? Yes. I’m not trying to attack you, but just want you to be aware that sometimes saying stuff like that can create more anger and hurt in someone’s life when they’ve lost a loved one. I know it hurt me when people said that, when I know God didn’t make my nephew/my sister’s only son die.

Especially when you can still imagine touching their hair and that ghostly feeling like you can feel their skin when you think about them, but then realizing you won’t get to feel that until you see them again. Baby girl I’m praying for you. For him. For both families. For everyone who knew him. You were both so blessed to have gotten to be with one another this past year and have so many amazing memories together. This was a beautiful, touching, and perfectly made tribute to Lucas. You two seemed so genuinely happy and that’s the biggest blessing. He’s up there waiting til he gets to hold your hand again and lay with you in his arms I just know it. This made me ache so deeply. My boyfriend is asleep beside me, snoring away, and halfway through the video as I started crying, he rolled over and threw an arm and leg over me, still asleep. I never, ever want to take a single moment with him for granted and this is a reminder that nothing here on this Earth is promised. It's so easy to forget that and think we have all the time in the world with our loved ones, but we don't even know if we'll get tomorrow with them. I'm so, so sorry for your loss. It actually made me feel like someone didn’t care if they didn’t say anything. I used to be the kind of person to not say anything about someone’s death so that I didn’t bring it up and hurt the persons feelings. But that wasn’t right.
