@Inside IIM - Konvers .. Many IAS officers have written many books in the past including their "service experience". When time permits, please browse, K. V. Ramakrishna Iyer, IAS (known as "Malayatoor Ramakrishnan") (1927-1997) - Service Story (Ente IAS Dinangal), and several other books to his credit,...and Dr. D. Babu Paul, IAS. (1941-2019). His first book was published at his age of 19 years, much before becoming an IAS. He wrote 34 books, and received the same number of 34 awards, really a genius. He wrote his book, "Service Story" - "Katha Ithuvare" in 2001.....In general, all IAS officers are "gems", but, a few become controversial due to some reason or the other which needs no mention. All they are a source of inspiration, especially Malayatoor Ramakrishnan, Dr. Babu Paul, and Anil Swaroop sir, and others.

Your voice resembles Amin Saiani. If only few people in N/S block had shown the spines there would not have been any scam and few IAS/IPS officers learnt from Delhi Government how a quality education can be given to all children with excellent infrastructure facilities for sports/ education / motivated teachers with out all the wasteful social programs the country would have far ahead in all aspects. One question that is always in my mind is why select teachers on reservation insted of merrit and aptitude for teaching as they are the people shaping the future of children?

Bro he's RETIRED Civil Servant (Not resigned), Great indeed... He said he could've joined the Govt on a big post again post retirement (assignment- as most retired would do) by asking for help from Politicians but He didn't because of his own worth doing all of this he found his kick! To Cut the long story short : He's a retired Civil Servant enjoying his life and he's a Great person!!

@@ss0771 3:53 he said he has NOW REALISED wat freedom is al abt.. his value is much more.. he realised at dat age.. i have learned frm his experience so i dn want to waste my 30 yrs fr it.. i enjoy my freedom n work.. dats y i left d journey of UPSC. Its my personal choice..!!
@ss07715 жыл бұрын
@@Racrishu Bro that's what I'm saying "LEFT THE JOURNEY OF UPSC" (when did he even say UPSC) what do you mean by that plz tell me I think you're mistaken! I have read his book and personally met in Delhi at Unique Shiksha he had come over there for Guiding students preparing for UPSC so I know what he thinks...plz tell your point There are 2 different things : 1.Retiring from services(he served as IAS for 38 years) 2.Rejoining again after retirement He said As usual I could've asked for help from Politicians to get me some post for daily living ( could've opted 2nd option) but he realized after retirement that whatever business or any economic activity that he undertook he found KICK in that and he realized that his whole 38 years career was being paid lesser or downgraded (as per his capabilities) than he's earning post retirement from his work outside Govt plus he's happy also with that! That's all! If you don't believe me...then plz read his Book "Not just civil servant" if you've already read it plz Google about him he was secretary Coal, Education, and various other posts in Delhi, Jharkhand! Still if you have some different point to prove let me know!
