Wow,absolutely superb...! A very rare Belmont, great to see. Living in Kyogle in mid '70's there were plenty of Kingswoods,and I can only remember one HQ Belmont, a pale pastel green one. Being lighter than any other in the range,and with the 202 HC motor, it would indeed be a peppy,and pleasurable drive. Lovely colour, my dad had a '73 Kingy in this colour, with funnily, the HC block. Congratulations 👍😁

I remember in the 70's when every second car on the road was an HQ Holden. My boss in Wollongong NSW had an HQ Holden station wagon 202 three speed manual column shift. I drove it sometimes for work purposes. Sadly, it's very rare to see one these days, but I spotted one near Hervey Bay a few months ago.

I think that the Holden HQ series were the very best looking cars, manufactured by Holden.
