Consistently, incredibly well-produced videos. Nothing beats this channel. The voice of the homeowner without an interviewer provides a sense of honesty, intimacy and depth. The background music is generally unobtrusive but the volume could be turned down a bit. Thank you; I hope to see more.

It's beautiful but I think it tells and shows more of the owner than of the residence itself. would be nice to see it in the following order: the outside of the house, the layout of rooms and the interior, and THEN the art on the walls and how the dude swims...
