Ummm...when there is movement, it's no longer isometric....it's a ballistic movement.

One thing that need addressed in every single sport weightroom...including this one.. is how athletes do any type of lateral raise...whether its injury prevention IYT or for hypertrophy. The form gets appalling. But great video

In comparison to other certifications, this course provides the meat and potatoes and exactly what you need to know for each section without drowning you with information.

I started this course in November 2022 completed at April 2023. It is a great course. Has adequate information. Definitely recommend it to any coaches looking to improve their speed and agility coaching.
