This is the type of video I really needed….. my kid just got into a couple sports this past year, in her sports right now they teach them the basics of that sport…. And now that I got her in the gym I’ve been struggling with how to train her…. But man thanks this video is actually really good and not a bunch of useless junk like other videos.

Do you recommend to train each movement of the core 2x a week? Or is it for example okay to train anti-extension and Anti-lateral flexion on Saturday and Anti Flexion and Anti Rotation on Thursday?
