Few bands have left as indelible a mark in the vast landscape of American rock music as Little Feat. Their unique blend of rock, blues, funk, and jazz has made them a favorite among discerning music lovers and musicians. Over the past several decades, Little Feat has survived and thrived, adapting to the changing tides while staying true to its roots.
Little Feat extends a rare invitation for you to join them in session at Blackbird Studios, Nashville’s premier recording studio. You’ll be joining Little Feat’s current lineup: Scott Sharrard (guitar), Fred Tackett (guitar/trumpet), Sam Clayton (percussion), Tony Leone (drums), Kenny Gradney (bass), and Bill Payne (keys).
“We’re recording and jamming on ten tracks, seven of which are jams that we do live. The other three are full-band performances-‘Texas Twister,’ ‘Oh, Atlanta,’ and ‘Spanish Moon!
Musicians can use TrueFire’s player controls to watch the band from different angles and mix, mute, or solo any audio track. For example, guitarists can mute Fred or my guitar parts and play their own rhythm or lead guitar parts with the band.
Any player, instrument, or vocalist can play any part and jump into the session with us!”
