Luv the signs, had to pause the video to read them, Oh, Atlanta, Payne Ave, Downtown Neon Park, George St. and Clayton Blvd.. Nice. Had the good fortune to see Little Feat with Mr. Lowell George back in 1978, way up in New Hampshire, and many joints flew up on stage when they sang "Don't Bogart That Joint". All were retrieved by the band, with many smiles.

Have always loved The Feat. Being a former OTR big-rig driver & a 50-yr live sound engineer, I can relate to all of what this song means. And I got lucky to mix a local band for 10 yrs that had the balls to do a Little Feat trilogy live in the bars every time we played a gig!

The song that allegedly got Lowell George kicked out of Frank Zappa’s Mothers of Invention. Cover by so many but nothing like Little Feat. How can this band not be in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame.

He wasn't kicked out, while Zappa was completely anti-drugs, he explained to Lowell George that he was much too talented to be a side guitar and encouraged him to start his own band.

@@DebSherr LG was supposed to have shown FZ the music he'd been writing, and the gist of it was that Zappa was impressed, and told LG something to the effect of, "If you can write like that then you don't need to be wasting your time working for me" or something along those lines.
