What happened the first attempt?

The spacer i picked was the same height as the ball joint's total size, needed to space just the part sticking out.

@blacksheepfixin hell, now I can't stop the shaft from spinning. Thinking about framing the hell out of it with a blunt chisel 🤔 May have to weld this S.O.B.
