watched this two days ago... after impulsively buying the game immediately after seeing this i did NOT stop playing and it is now 3am. does that make it three days ago??? Like another commenter, I also found this game through Jello and his friends playthrough, and could not wait for the new year to watch them play, so I bought it after Christmas and played through it in 20 hours over 2 or 3 days. Holy moly this game is incredible.

But really, what an amazing animatic. The stylistic choices being almost fairytale-like with the hatching and detailed environments (like with the favor tree) go SO well with the music choice to create such a specific feeling. It's so efficiently heart wrenching!!! Just!!! Really skilled work!!!! It occupies a lot of my brain space even now. So good.

I really liked this game. I had it randomly pop up in my steam recommended and I had the pleasure of playing through it with no spoilers or prior knowledge of any kind. I absolutely adored my experience. The story resonated with me in so many ways and I cried several different times. In stars and time is my current top favorite video game.

I have watched this way too much to not leave a comment on it. I fucking love how well put together this is. From the initial wish at the tree, to the star gazing room. The shot of looking at the piles of papers, all with scribbles on them, just give me flashbacks to when I kept trying to interact with them and getting the aggressive response of "BUT YOU CAN'T READ IT!!!" And then, it's instantly followed by Sif trying to say it. Just every part of this is so amazing. And I almost had this on loop for the past month or so while I've been working on an ISAT video essay. Just, thank you so much for this.

I’ve watched this animatic many times throughout my progression of the game, and it feels like I notice something new every time!!! The leaves at the start, which I had completely forgotten about… and the RED!!!!!!! Most recently though, the part with the head housemaiden at the end…. Is that about the end of act 2? Or.. act 4??? It’s really cool!!!! I’m not done with the game yet, but I’m getting there!
