The concept of Middle power will isolate super power.. If middle power starts dictating what policiies without inclusion of the powers which create technologies will not work. If the middle powers are on the leading edge of tech they can do that not at this point in time.

An interesting talk thank you all. I would suggest, A.I. is just an engine, the principal object of focus should be the vehicle being powered, the direction of travel, potential obstacles & limitations. That is not to say we should be apathetic regards the power unit.

For example, is becoming a multi-planetary species inline with our direction of travel? note:- I believe it is, but would agree, speed & method of reaching this goal is still up for debate.

I also feel the need to mention, all life, in part, moves counter to the universal flow & much of life manipulates the universe for its own benefit.
