I'm Italian, but ya know--- I grew up in SE Mass and my ma's from New Beige, so I grew up with cacoila. Making this recipe today after moving away from New England over ten years ago; so excited to share it with my significant other!

we made a cubano using cacoila instead of pulled pork and it was fantastic

caciola isnt the meat...cacoila is seasoned pulled pork, so duh you did use pulled pork
