FILM DESCRIPTION:
Unemployed young Irishman Gerry Conlon (Daniel Day-Lewis) gets by as a petty thief in 1970s Belfast. When local IRA leaders get fed up with him, he flees to England and meets up with his friend Paul Hill (John Lynch). On the same night that the IRA bombs a nearby pub, the friends get kicked out of their communal digs and are forced to sleep in a park. He returns to Belfast, but is arrested as the prime suspect in the bombing and imprisoned, where he spends 15 years trying to clear his name.

I have to admit that it was awfully clever of his woman/wife to infuse the puzzle pieces with LSD. How would the guards and prison security know that this was no ordinary puzzle, and that the prisoners do not actually enjoy puzzles to pass the time (ie, they'd rather be getting stoned)? Very, very clever.

I reckon this was one of the best scenes in the whole film it's just brilliant and I've had LSD and Magic Mushrooms myself so I know what all these guys are laughing about in the cell acid is absolutely brilliant and makes you a better person and they have started to use it for people with depression and it's supposed to help them I red it in a newspaper years ago and anybody can look that up and you'll all see what I mean.

CrackWorrior I've had some brilliant times when I've been taking LSD trips and I used to go to this park with my ex girlfriend and we used to sit on the park benches and then we took the trips and we would sit there drinking special brew largers and then waited until it took affect and it was halerious and the grass turned bright blue and all of the trees were purple and the sky was bright acid pink and if I looked at my hand it would be all different colours but very bright and we just sat there having a good laugh and then we even played football so emagine playing football and dropping acid the things myself and my ex saw wile playing was unbelievable but it was all great fun and we both had a good laugh doing it so some great memories from in the past.
