I love how modern wrestlers are tough but still business smart. The oldschool guys tended to use more bullying tactics and trial by fire. Nothing wrong with that aproach it works for the military i had sgts that were very oldschool, but i gotta say when people are more about the show and less about themselves getting over it just creates great matches

It's Meltzer's opinion for fucks sake. It's not like there's a government body or an international association of pro wrestling that rates the matches. He's one of the most knowledgeable historians in wrestling but he's never stepped a foot in the ring. It's just his opinion. Wrestlers prefer accomplished workers to rate their matches.

Man, Kenny Omega is such an inspiration, I'm 22, but the think is that I'm Romanian and I live in Spain, and here wrestling is not very popular, and we all know that foreign people don't succeed in the WWE or any other big promotion, so what can I do? My advice is to follow your dream, get trained in pro wrestling schools. There are many in the United States, Canada and other places. So I recommend saving a lot of money and go to those places to get trained. Also train hard on your body, you want to look good as well in order to get their attention. You should do fine. I wish you good luck on your future training as long as you do not give up.

@jejune3783 Жыл бұрын
In the full video he details that he was trained at a later date by Dave Taylor who helped him iron out the things he had self-learned. It's not that he isn't formally trained, the point he makes is that his learning process was more organic and that there isn't a secret formula for a good match that you can learn. Pro wrestling is very much like dance in that it is a means of expression, specifically it's about telling a story. The only incorrect way to do it is in a way that puts yourself or your opponent at risk.
