It was about 4 or 5 years ago that I noticed the spit as well Maribel! In fact, back then it was more like VOMIT I noticed ALL OVER my plate. I was shocked to realize what I was blind to. As long as we're here those minions will continue to spit while we're not looking. Valerie Briggs Also, Valerie, there is a similar ailment called polymyalgia rheumatica(PMR) that affects primarily the neck, shoulders and hips, and usually occurs in your 70s. A simple blood test would determine it or not, and it can be treated with low-dose steroids. It often goes undiagnosed, and may not be what you have at all, but I wanted to mention it. 🤗🤗.

Very good message as always Kar, thank you very much! It's a good reminder for me as well... but you know... many worldly things that I'm still doing are just naturally appearing more and more meaningless... and just downright pathetic to be honest... And it's like that every day.... In other words it's not like I'm trying to make Elohim #1 on a list of 1... I just want to spend more time with him and in the word because that's the only thing that sort of brings life back into me.... whereas everything else of the world just takes it away... And the days that I do miss out on spending even a little bit of time with him... I feel very much.... and it just feels like a waste of a day... utterly meaningless... and almost completely worth erasing. But I'm sure... perhaps.... that Elohim is still performing miracles even on those days for us... even if I feel like I've missed out. Maybe said too much here, but perhaps it'll resonate with someone... ​@@otioteyes8112 I'm really thankful for what's happening for sure but I can't say it's easy... it's taking me a long time to get on board as I've gotten used to spending my time on stupid things and whenever I do it now it's ... ouch.... so you can imagine ouch ouch ouch everyday or so it's not pleasant but I know it's leading me into a direction that clearly is very good.... and the stupid things are clearly not good and worth dropping because the effects they have on my mind, my heart, my life and my soul are evident. For this understanding alone I am eternally thankful... because so many people overlook let alone even notice that something's wrong... And it breaks my heart seeing many if not most people believe and accept unbelievable and ridiculous things like suffering, disease.... and many dark and ugly things including DEATH... simply as just a part of life... and the demonic teachings of "balance" is where you can be "happy"....? This balance nonsense is literally all over the place and being applied to... from relationships to substance abuse... you name it... How can anyone be happy in such a place of "balance" when just a step away lies all this unbearable disgust? If not in your life then it's right there in someone else's... In a truly happy place those things won't be present... most definitely not in anyone's face... And I have wondered at times how can the future ever be bright when so many unbelievable things have happened in the past... but when I came across the following passage recently it was very healing.... and perhaps those types of thoughts will never bother me again... because I know if our Abba says so then it'll be so :') I love how His word just puts all those troubling thoughts to sleep and they have no more reason to awake... "Because the former distress shall be forgotten, and because they shall be hidden from My eyes. "For look, I am creating new shamayim and a new earth, and the former shall not be remembered, nor come to heart." YESHAYAHU (ISAIAH) 65:16-17

Dear Kar Have been watching the Walking with Elohim video again. Went up with a new plate 😀 Where Shaul says we should ask that we be counted worthy (which I do often), it always puzzles me. Am I to understand that we should live in fear almost of the chance that we won’t be worthy. What would make us believers not worthy ?? Good question, Sylvia; as always, it's about your heart. Anger that comes from the flesh (personal offense and hurt, usually) is totally *natural,* you're right. The point of the teaching here is that we are called to live *supernaturally* by allowing Elohim to operate in and through us to replace those *natural* reactions. That's what makes you different. That's what causes JOY to be in you that is not in other people. That's what causes people to ASK what's different about you because they want what you have. That's the whole process Colossians 3 is talking about - putting off the NATURAL MIND for the SUPERNATURAL (ABOVE NATURAL) MIND of YUHSHUA. Sin starts in your heart not in your actions so if you're thinking if you just don't *act* on it you're mistaken to think you're not in sin. Yuhshua said that if you've THOUGHT about adultery, you're an adulterer. If you've THOUGHT about whatever, it's the same as doing it.
