I don't think it has anything to do with being raised without christian values of a church or not. It's about the individual values and selfish respect. The woman didn't respect herself at all. To think that since she was younger she was already dating two men at the same time that resulted in her not knowing the real father of her child. She was treating men as tools that she can pick the best tool in the box and if it's not doing the job well, in this case probably providing them she moves on to the next.

This has nothing to do with raising children in a Godly manner, but how we raise our children. As parents, we teach our boys to man up, be strong, behave like a man and we don't allow our sons to be emotional beings. We need to start telling our sons, it's good to cry and it's good to open up about their problems. Most men don't know how to manage their emotions and in most cases they end up expressing them as anger, and at times, they are not emotionally involved with their partners or others. To make matters worse, his military background didn't help at all and to add on top, the woman's behaviour didn't help as well. He could've sought help from his job as there is a lot of support he could've obtained. On the other hand, we also need to move away from encouraging people to stay together were infidelity is involved. We need to understand it's not everyone who can continue to thrive in such situations. Above all, let's support one another and stop judging, labelling and stereotyping. Also, it takes a lot of guts for someone to come to social media to tell their story. So, don't tell people to 'stop/avoid airing dirty laundry in public', maybe that's their only avenue to vent or seek help.
