I understood Carlos' story and sympathised with him. His crime, from a general perspective, it wasn't premeditated. If you were ever hurt and lied to in a relationships, you would feel his pain. This guy has a criminal record plus his previous trade is associated with evil. He might be true and honest about not committing the crime, but unfortunately the odds are simply against him. Carlos' health status is enough condemnation. Keeping him behind bars is just an unnecessary baggage and a waste of resources.
