AHHHH This reminds me of the days of when undertale was innocent. And you could talk about it without getting stuff throw at you. Undertale touched my heart. It was my first fandom ever. The game calls this a "happy ending" and idk why. You leave asriel to turn back into flowey, and don't even try to help. You just listen to some shit about chara and waltz off to go stare into the sun with your squinty eyes.

liv Thats being a bit rough I think. Asriel refused to join you out of fear of hurting everyone again once he inevitably became Flowey once again. Frisk tries to convince him otherwise but Asriel wouldn't hear it. On the other hand Frisk freed all the other monsters from their prison, prevented human genocide and depending on the choice you make lives happily among their friends with Toriel acting as their mother. Its a happy ending for everyone besides Asriel mostly because Asriel won't allow himself to have one out of guilt and fear. Its tragic that he had to be left alone and I am hoping immensely for either DLC or a sequel that will allow him to see redemption.

+Enuma Elish I saw this really nice comic dub :) Frisk gave Asriel their soul, but they were like two people in one. Both Frisk and Asriel could talk and they would take turns ... but even then I feel like it's not good enough :P One is still trapped I guess.

i have so many good memories of Undertale, one of the fandoms where i started to write fanfiction in and from that it helpt me with improving my writing A LOT. I got also so much encouragement from my readers. I felt quite sad when i slipped away from the fandom and had to stop writing on my fanction because i didn't feel the passion. I'll never forget though how much i truly loved this game and how much passion i had when i talked about it and wrote about it, and when Toby Fox annouced Deltatune i got the same loving feeling and exicitment when i discovered Undertale. This is a masterpiece even six years after it was made. Undertale will always have a special place in my heart. It was always there to comfort me when others weren't there. Toriel to make a pie, Sans to play jokes, Papyrus to be the best person ever, Undyne to scare the bad away, Alphys to watch anime with, Asgore to garden with, Asriel to hug, and ever Chara to always remind me to keep going. if you listen to the lyrics its almost as if this song was written for Undertale! MAJOR SPOILER WARNING STOP READING UNLESS YOU PLAYED THE GAME ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO THE TRUE ENDING!!! "just because everything's changing doesn't mean it hasn't been this way before" (with each reset Frisk makes different decisions trying to find their happy ending but still has the same experiences) "you'll come back when its over no need to say goodbye" (maybe from Asriel's perspective because he makes sure you have a reason to come back, because he doesn't want to say goodbye) "now we're back to the beginning and its just a feeling and no one knows yet" each time Frisk resets everyone forgets the previous timeline. they don't yet know their fate or the outcome of frisk's actions. "but just because they can't feel it too doesn't mean that you have to forget" no one else Remembers except Frisk (also Flowey and Sans of course) but Frisk must hold on to those memories to know what to do better each time. "you'll come back when they call you no need to say goodbye" oddly enough at the end of the neutral routes you get a CALL from Sans talking about the outcome of your decisions which are usually less than desirable making you want to go back and try again. also this song could be from Asriel's perspective about wanting their friend back and not wanting to let them go so they keep Frisk from wanting to leave. well this is just how I see it but this song seems to be a perfect fit for Undertale

I think everyone who had actually played Undertale before the Fandom had evolved from the core game is of a different breed. Seeing the alternate universes being created everyday was amazing to witness and even to help grow but, in the excitement we lost what made the game unique. The bonds we made with the characters were genuine but I think a bulk of the fandom has gotten lost in their own aus to remember that. I'm glad these music videos help me to remember where it all came from.

I once had a dream about waking up in the underground with Frisk and we travelled through it together. At the end when the barrier was destroyed and we were on the cliff I felt the sense that I had to make a choice. Stay here, or return to my old life. I ended up chosing my old life. Despite any good or bad times, it was my life and I wanted to live the rest of it. With one last group hug from everyone the light in the background grew and I woke up in bed. I cried for awhile and questioned if that's why some people just never wake up again. They decided to stay. Even though this video is five years old now I still come back to it and sometimes that dream comes to mind. Is it wrong wanting to go back when this life is over?

This and another AMV introduced me to Regina Spektor. I have cried tears and have laughed due to this song, as it always pulls me out of a bad mood or enhances an already hopeful mood. It's sometimes easy to forget, but Undertale taught all of us a very important. With enough DETERMINATION, anything is possible. Never give up, friends!

This makes me remember all my friends who accepted me even though I was autistic because we would talk about undertale. We would come up with our own AUs and play. Then I went to a another school and seeing this made me remember all those good times when Undertake was alive and I was happy. Now.... I feel... Remorse..... Regret .... Sadness.........but this might have stopped me from committing suicide. It has been hard. Thank you Toby for this blessing of a game. And to the fandom all of you have finally made me happy again. 🙂
