I'm a gator fan and looking back our 06 team was definitely an overachiever. Not the best to win a title but hey at least we aren't underachievers, hint hint lol

Will Hopson You're right, that team was more good coaching than a great team. Richt is a great role model and Christian, but his m.o. as coach was underachieving teams. It'll be interesting to see how he does at Miami with players who aren't as 'nice' as Georgia players hehe. I will say this though, while Uga is leading colleges in 2016 Olympic medals, UF's Ryan Lochte embarrassed the whole country with his lies. Why is it so hard for UF athletes to stay out of trouble and tell the truth?

+timjthru didn't know he went to uf. In fairness he's been out of there for 10 years lol I mean I don't think it's a reflection of the school. All of these coaches pretty much recruit the same players, chances are if Florida recruited you Georgia probably did too.

@@timjthru I can appreciate your honesty. Looks like Richt didn't last very long at UM. That's a shame because even being a Gator alum, I really respect Mark Richt. He's a class act and a tremendous role model. When it comes to UF athletic role models, I tend to lean towards Tebow and Abby Wambach over Ryan Lochte. Lochte is just plain stupid, and a terrible representation of Gator nation. I look forward to the game again this year. I think UF is quickly closing the gap.
