I found this video interesting because your guests tried palabok and sinigang. To me, liking these dishes is an acquired taste. I remember not liking Palabok and Sinigang at all the first time I tried them as a child, but I love and CRAVE for them today (as well as bagoong!) Best chicken inasal can also be found in Bacolod City. Nena's Rose, Aida's, or Chicken House. Best halo halo is in Laguna. Ben's halo halo or Razon's. I also tried Bebang's halo halo around Quezon I think. Forgot the place. But it was also delicious.
