Mang Inasal's sisig, for me, is the only thing that isn't good in their menu. It's like 80% chicharon and 20% meat. So yeah, Sylvia was correct when she says there are other places you can get and enjoy proper sisig.

My sentiments as well. If you haven't ordered the bangus sisig bc of your experience with the pork, I'd recommend you to try it out. It's the only thing I order there nowadays, super good.

Gulaman smells like that because it's a drink where you mix water with brown or white sugar (idk if it should be melted first fot easier incorporation or just dumped right in) and then you put a few drops of banana extract on it, which gives that distinct aroma. Then there's also jelly cubes inside in which it varies on what color they do and if they also add sugar in it.
