one of my favorite interviews. some thoughts are that pop music is a weasel. krist says the right adjectives to be just cynical enough but honest. makes good humour that way.(diapers and styrofoam had me laughing the most. ) Dave is really a great drummer but in interviews man... i have to hate him. Maybe its his typical responses i dont know. Kurt is quiet which means he is smart. some quiet people are not smart. I understand where hes torn too.. that place. or longing. If you notice he talks about rock music passionately a bit into the interview and everyone kind of shuts up. They have heard him talk like this before. That sound can only be found from good hearted honest passionate talk. there is no way you would see people shut up if kurt tried talking about cars or trucks this way. that is because you can tell kurt was meant for music and the arts. But the entire interview is golden. It really helps surround the land of where nirvana comes from.

if you have ever had a passion and DO NOT fall into the politics of said passion, kurt comes off as common sense. So when reading youtube comments I can almost always tell that most of the people on here do not have a passion for music.. or most likely a real passion for anything, so they fight. My passion is the visual arts.

I feel like people who talk like this about Kurt are put under the category of like "worshipping" him or some weird shit but thats not it at all. I REALLY don't see it that way. Its just stating the truth. He WAS just a really sincere, nice, talented, real, and passionate guy and I think it scares people because people in the public eye so often are not any of those things, so they have to knock him down because "oh well he couldn't have been THAT nice" and its like uhh yeah so what...he was? Why is that such a problem? Anyway, yeah, its obvious you're a really nice guy and I agree with you. Sorry for the rambling, I just had to state that opinion and view as well. You're super nice.

Or maybe I'm the sour grape who isn't normal and replace that emptiness with a passion. Either way I relate to Kurt and understand most everyone. But I have hate too. Too bad Nirvana never came to Malaysia. At 5:21 minute Kurt said they went to Southeast Asia which is true but unfortunately they only went to Singapore. They did not perform a show due to Singaporean Government's refusal giving a permit since Kurt's a drug user. Before the Petronas Twin Towers were built the world at that time did not know where is Malaysia during the 90s.
