Inaudible ASMR for SLEEP with Black Screen (1 Hour)

Love this idea! The black screen is so much easier on my eyes in the dark, and it stops me from getting distracted and looking at the screen all the time just out of curiosity.

Black screens are so underrated. Videos distract me because instead of trying to sleep I’m watching the video instead. Black screen makes it easier since there’s nothing to see lol

I agree but only some videos do distract me. If im not tired but need to go to sleep I put on a light trigger video so it makes my eyes tired. Then I put on a video that makes me feel calm (which changes every day so then my eyes get untired 😂). I continue this cycle until i give up and fall asleep with my phone screen down under my pillow. Idk why but having my phone away from me but an asmr video playing makes me feel even more tired and calm 😂 im hella weird.

You can adjust brightness of TV screen in settings. Some can even turn the screen completely black

I usually get bored in asmr videos and skip to the next one, but this some how caught my attention long enough to where i not only watched the whole thing but it was such a good video that i fell asleep. I almost never comment but I just want to say thank you for making such a good video , keep up the amazing work ! :D

The black screen was great for me. I’m currently trying to finish up missing work before the end of the term, and knowing there’s nothing on the screen that I could be watching is helping a lot. (Term ends in 2 days. I have an essay, 2 projects, and 2 mini projects due.)

Even though I think the bass you feel when you make mouth sounds is great, I still recommend you to be careful with it because sometimes it's really too intense. At least for my taste.

Good to know! For my next whisper video I was already planning on lowering the gain when recording and then amplifying it slightly when editing so it won’t pick up as many plosives / intense breathy noises
