Yes, Electric loco will haul upto Rangia. Rest of the journey will be converted by a Diesel loco. For today SGUJ WDP-4D 40143 took charge after Rangiya.

If the train gets a good response from passengers then the authorities might increase the frequency. For now the coaches might serve as spare for 12067/68.

Though there is no point in giving another JS on the same route, railways can start a JS between GHY - NJP via GLPT, DQG since North Bengal presently doesn't have any JS.
