Gohan and Trunks main what ifs are so much more extensive than Goku and especially Vegeta it's kinda crazy (though it's kinda funny Gohans what if's are basically "What if Gohan stayed the main character and locked the fuck in" Honestly Vegeta's story mode feels weirdly unfinished compared to the rest. I get why Piccolo doesn't have a ToP arc cause all his main fights are against characters who aren't in the game (and Gohans would obviously be longer if the U6 Namekians were in) but it's frankly insane Vegeta's just.. ends at Kid Buu.

This would be interesting if Toriyama-sensei and Toei went this route: - instead of making another evil Goku to fight, having Zamasu stealing Gohan's body and maxing Ultimate Mode that would even out SS Blue. - Gohan's anger in Ultimate form foreshadow/reveal another form Zamatsu went unnoticed, Zamatsu stole Gohan's body out of needs for power, but Gohan's heart/spirit is the vital part that gave him more potential than Vegeta and Goku => Reveal Ultimate Gohan: Beast Mode.

I wish they did a What-If Buu was able to successfully absorb both SS3 Gotenks and Ultimate Gohan into Buuhantenks. This Buu would probably overwhelm Base Vegito, give a decent (but losing) fight to SS1 Vegito, but get manhandled by SS2 Vegito lol. No need for SS3 Vegito! Although I'm sure there are what-if scenarios floating around for that idea....

Before the big bad showed up from the dark portal, I legit expected Goku Black and simply have Gohan in place of Goku as the main hero. If gohan was serious about defeating dabura, either he or vegeta could've turned to Super Saiyan 3 before Goku.

So technically if Gohan had managed to defeat Dabura, Buu wouldn’t have been freed from his cocoon. Plus the Elder Kai would still be sealed in the Z Sword and hadn’t unlocked Gohan’s hidden potential as well as brought Goku back to life. Plus Kibto would still be dead.
