+1 not sure how it can be used for headphone pass through. It is for power bank but now with wireless charging power banks, this needs to be re-designed.

Would it be easy to keep a hydroflask (40oz) in the main compartment? With the mentioned structure towards the bottom of it.

How would you rate the bag's water resistance? For rainstorms, snow, etc?

I heard this bag does not hold up after a year...is this true?

I don’t know about this bag specifically but I bought an incase backpack in 2007 and I’m just replacing it now because the zipper gave out (probably because I’ve been overloading it). I would say their stuff is pretty durable.

Excellent review!! The product itself seems unwieldly, inaccessibly tight and heavy.

Hi there - I just came across your videos on backpacks and have found them super helpful. I’m looking for a new backpack. I have an old Incase and love it, and have been thinking of upgrading to the Icon. However, as someone who commutes into New York City every day and spends a lot of days/weekends in the city with my wife and newborn girl, I need more than a tech/computer bag (something that can fit some diapers too [haha]). I LOVE the thick material of the Incase backpacks, and the way they KEEP THEIR SHAPE even when not full - as opposed to getting all saggy and hanging down like an old Jansport. I would greatly appreciate if you could provide me with some recommendations on backpacks that work for tech/professionals (e.g., laptop compartment, mouse & pen holders, etc.) but also have some storage space (e.g., maybe for a few packing cubes, etc.); nothing too huge and boxy though like a Tomtoc (I’m not really doing any “traveling” with it) - just something sporty with some storage and that keeps its shape/form when not fully packed. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I would greatly appreciate it. A huge fan, - Leroy

Is it waterproof?/

Waterproof? No. Water-resistant? Yes! 😃 In light rain, you’ll be okay-but if it’s a downpour, head for cover. -Eric

You can tell when someone doesn’t actually use a bag.. “you could keep your phone here, we’ve just been keeping a notebook” how many notebooks does one person need.. also not very bright to keep your wallet in the easiest pocket for thieves to access

This backpack is good for carrying tech gears but not so good for traveling..
