Chances are good of getting a job there because they are always looking for young and Passionate people . R2 and R3 are also normal round . They might asked some technical/Operations based questions which was missing in HR round . Prepare well . Read something about upsell/crosssell , investment ,what do u understand by sales,SELL me a pen , insurance . And the confidence during the interview matters alot . you will definitely sail through these rounds successfully and will get selected for sure . ALL THE BEST 🙂.

Sir during training aapko 3 written test paas krne hote hai overall min. 80%-85% marks .Test Easy hota hai jyadatar sbhi kr lete hai pass. And after completion of training mock call hoti hai. Mock call clear krna jroori hai floor pe onboard hone ke liye. No doubt future growth achi hai agr aapke friend ko sirf investment insurance me kaam krna hai /or sirf paisa kmana hai . Hike in sales companies generally related to performances . If a person performs he/she can get hike . But if not able to perform then company will give him/her notice period. There can be salary increments on annual basis if company performs well . Exact no. Bta pana mushkil hai ki kitna increment milta hai annual basis pe but I can only assume 5% -10% tak increment milna chahiye lekin ye sabhi ko nhi milega . Jo performance dega sales me use milega .

Agr aap bDA profile ke liye baat KR rhe ho to aapko company ki traf se 2 din ka off milta hai (Monday ,Tuesday) . And beech me aapko off chiye to off mil jaayega (Pakka mil jaayega )but they creat pressure on candidates by saying " who takes off they won't promote those candidates for BDA ).
