I stayed there 5 years ago and was very satisfied. Very clean, quiet, and it was a nice way to rest up from a 15 hour flight before my next destination.

Stayed here in Feb 2024 on a 10hr layover. Great spot for a rest. Don’t leave booking until the last minute or when you arrive. I was lucky and got a room because they had a last minute cancellation.

I watched on another KZbin video where someone passed thru the hotel entry front glass door with a paper sign taped up stating they were fully booked. The guy went to the front counter and asked anyway, probably hoping for a last-minute cancellation too. No such luck for him. The immediate response from the hotel counter employee was "Sorry, we are fully booked".

Worthy of note. If one has a 12-hour or more layover, for $30 USD more, one can get a room at the 5-Star Grand Hyatt outside the airport. These transit hotels are hardly a bargain and, in many cases, the prices are for a maximum 6-hour stay. Exceed six hours and the prices increase exponentially.

This Incheon transit hotel has different rates up to 24 hr. ! our layover was less than that so we went by 12 hr. You can also check the latest rates on their website, have a great trip 👍

Is it possible to leave the airport and still stay there? We arrive from Tokyo at 11 am and leave the next day to Europe at 9am. So would be perfect to sleep inside the terminal and go through security at 11pm the evening before after a half day exploring Seoul. Anyone having tried that?

@@the_weekender I don’t see why not. As far as i know, boarding pass is the only requirement along with passport.

@@totomom8866 Thanks. I would agree but know sometimes airports have rules how far in advance one may enter the airport before boarding a flight. Seems like a good option then.

You can book any time frame you want, we stayed in 9hrs from 6am

Hi there, I have a 15 hour layover coming in via Air Canada and leaving via Asiana. Does this mean I am not allowed to stay in Transit Hotel? Thanks!

Hi 👋, I believe you have access since there are transit hotels in both terminal 1 and 2 ! Usually Air Canada and Asiana use terminal 1 so you can double check the transit hotel in terminal 1. Let us know how it went. Good trip! 👍
