He was wearing a jacket that wasn't Chicago police department issue and the first cops that responded didn't know he was a cop and the second one from a year ago laid dying because the Chicago police department didn't respond to a shot spotter in Englewood for an hour and she died because the cpd didn't show up for an hour

It’s a suburban police dept a handful of suburbs have that paint style and decal style such as elgin, naperville, oakbrook, west chicago, that’s few of manh who use that style
