Basically: Tsukihime: Tohno Shiki Nanaya Shiki Tohno SHIKI Roa SHIKI (Roa posessing SHIKI) Kara no Kyoukai: Ryougi Shiki Ryougi SHIKI (Dead) Void Shiki Both Shiki's have crazy Fanbois who pose as them and copy them. In Metly Blood the Night of Tatari "Reality Marble" is active, this brings all kind of Curses. As such Roa is "revived" inside it Nanaya Shiki is essentially cloned and made into his own Person Akiha's Vampire Side manifest as its own Person as well and so does Red Arcueid The Tsukihime Remake is confirmed to be a different "Universe" of the OG basically. So the Remake is PROBABLY going to have everything like the OG. I say probably because only 2/5 Routes are out yet and in those Routes SHIKI and Nanaya don't appear directly, instead the Main Villain is Roa.

One of the Strongest Ppl in the Nasuverse) created this Fun Little Device called the Kaleidescope. It observes every possible Outcome in Every possible Universe. As a Result of that, in theory, literally every Fate Hentai/Doujin, Fanart etc. is canon. Even Your Own Headcanon is In Theory canon thanks to that. Just remember the Nasuverse is a Mess. If You think Fate, Tsukihime and Kara no Kyoukai are confusing already, then You better strap in. Because the Nasuverse is BIG and doesn't make a whole lot of sense from an Outsiders View. Hell even as an Insider it's a Giant Mess.... Fate and Co. is just the Tip of the Iceberg....
