Bluey Maunick is the genius veteran composer , musician, producer who makes these awesome albums. Ols school craftsmanship, Talented cats who can play, and vocalists who can lay it down. Not a whole lot of that going around these days. The man is well respected in the business, knows what to do with a studio to make amazing music like this year after year, but sadly most folks in the US have never heard of him. Quality like this is a gift, and must only be savored for as long as it lasts.

Unforgettable. As soon as those beautiful Electric Piano chords hit, you know it's gonna be an amazing composition. One thing I love about Incognito is their percussion. It's rarely talked about, but it's absolutely stellar. It's very tight, and sounds amazing. And the basslines. Some of the best I've ever heard. EVER. Seriously; they're so incredibly composed. A truly amazing band with amazing ideas and tracks.

I always say my Favorite Incognito album is the one that I'm listening to! Surreal is EXCELLENT, and this is one of my favorite cuts! It has everything that Incognito and Bluey are famous for; great composition and arrangement, superlative instrumental performances, tight rhythm, and GREAT vocals. Incognito is my all-time favorite band and Jean Paul "Bluey" Maunick is a musical genius!!

sorry but I think Incognito never evolved from many years their music and their arrangements I loved them but if you compare EW&F evolution music in the years with their production you can see that they crystallized in some clichès . In' 90's was really a good soul funk prog, but now they are repetitive and shy me.... God bless Earth Wind & Fire....forever !
