I fail to comprehend how the public sector demonstrate utter incompetence to deliver anything. I spent my last 20 years as a seasoned project manager with my own business. This was after forging my career in full time employment over a prior 25 years to develop my skills. This activity within both Conservative and Labour has proven massive failure. I do not understand why every public sector from HS2 to green projects are not analysed to bring a solid business case then budgeted, planned and be controlled by deliverable gateways. They are always over budget, over time and many never implemented. Yet all these individuals have had privileged education. What a waste.
