As a dentist, I give around 10-12 injections per day. We aspirate on every injection. The reason Dental syringes are so large is to allow self aspirating cartridges of anaesthetic to be used. It always surprises me how often you are in a blood vessel. One point Dr John misses is that it’s good practice to aspirate twice. The second time after the needle is rotated 90 degrees. This is because the needle has a bevel and it can be resting against the back wall of a blood vessel. I’ve never understood why aspiration is not standard practice.

She rose to an important position among medical specialists. I don't know how. She could remember things she studied for the exam and then, whoosh, it was gone. People like that scare me. I am an RN for about 45 years, I believe that most doctors are not the best people to ask the question about aspiration because they are not administering the drugs, nurses are, at least here in the US. In the doctors office there may be non-nurse technicians (I'm unsure of their training). Younger nurses are not taught this important technique everywhere. As you note, a drug intended for intramuscular injection is not appropriate for IV use or probably even subcutaneous use. In my experience doctors don't always know the techniques for giving IVs or special techniques for IM medicines such as Z-track method (so the drug can't escape back up through the injection tract), and whether or not you aspirate before giving an IM injection. (Most can't start an IV as efficiently as a nurse) I know for my last IM vaccine the person who gave me the injection was not a nurse. I explained the rationale for aspiration and cited some studies you have cited (the mouse study in particular) and asked him to aspirate. He did so because I watched. I hope these experiences of the immediate taste after injection and the incidence of side effects will bring us back to the method we know is a sure-thing to prevent inadvertent intravenous injection.

With respect, but doctors do (or at least should) know how to give injections. Decades ago, when I was doing my "work experience in my dad's hospital, I recall watching him do a sternal puncture on a patient - doctors did that, nurses didn't. There is a huge difference between IN, IM, subcutaneous etc injections, and it's vital that any drug is delivered into the body appropriately. Things can't have moved on that much in the last 40 years. I rather suspect that the radio show "doctor" wasn't a medical doctor, the answer he gave was ignorant beyond belief. What that "doctor" said was the equivalent of suggestion that in order to feed a patient, you just shove some food down their mouth, and it doesn't matter whether it goes down the bronchial tube or the gullet, because there's a lot of air in that region anyway.!!!!! Either the radio station were pulling a fast one - perhaps they told one of their staff to pretend that he was a doctor, or else the person was impersonating a doctor without the radio station knowing anything about it.

*How to Give the IM Injection* - Source: Mount Sinai Hospital health library June 2020 To give an intramuscular-injection injection: 1) Make sure you have the right amount of the right medicine in the syringe. 2) Wash your hands well with soap and water. Dry them. 3) Carefully find the spot where you will give the injection. 4) Clean the skin at that spot with an alcohol wipe. Let it dry. 5) Take the cap off the needle. 6) Hold the muscle around the spot with your thumb and index finger. 7) With a quick firm thrust, put the needle into the muscle straight up and down, at a 90 degree angle. 8) Push the medicine into the muscle. 9) Pull the needle straight out. 10) Press the spot with the cotton ball. Aspiration is not mentioned. The AD (single push auto-disable) syringes used for vaccinations since around 1999 don't even allow aspiration.

I’m a retired pediatrician and never gave injections in my practice. Nor did I in my medical school or residency training. I ordered them given, administered medications intraosseous or IV in emergencies, but my Mayo Clinic training was clear that experts should practice their expertise, and nurses are the IM injection experts. Failing to aspirate before injecting a COVID vaccine today should be considered malpractice based on solid evidence. But when everyone and their dog are getting 20 minutes of training and jabbing everyone who sits down, bad stuff happens. Ugh.

All had been given the jab within two weeks before having to go into hospital urgently. As this was all in one town, I wondér if they had all had the jab at the same facility and whether the needle had been aspirated. It just seems like a bit of a high incidence to be coincidence. Of course, there will never be a follow up, even if this is reported to the Yellow Card Scheme, but nothing will be looked at. There would not be any beer or wine in the home if winery/brewery made no profit to pay back loans or investors etc…. Fact: Profit drives advancement in this world. Now the govts buying the vaccines with tax payer/voters money. They are doing it for many obvious reasons, to keep the ‘majority’ not ‘minority’ happy ( the majority will re-elect), there job is to look after the majority of their countries population, some because they generally care about the frail and week, some will support purchases because they like the free lunch and pharmaceutical sponsorship.
@moosevision81133 жыл бұрын
problem is that would be correlation not causation, there are many factors at play ( like going into winter people are much more likely to be indoors with windows closed in colder countries in the northern hemisphere, whereas it will be hotter in the southern hemisphere), so if people were to just look at vaccination prevalence and deaths/ICU etc it wouldn't be an accurate picture of the effectiveness of vaccination. It would be best to stick to controlled studies of vaccinated people VS control group where the variables are taken into account.

A few important things to note from the early part of the presentation: 1) I thought we were only supposed to be looking at hospital cases now, not less serious infections? 2) Netherlands --> high cases, low hospitalizations 3) Lithuania --> has very strong vaccine passport program, doesn't seem to be making any difference in infecton numbers 4) I'm curious why the assumption that rural Russia will be bad? Russia is huge, like Canada, and the rural parts of Canada generally haven't been hit bad since there's relatively little transport between them and the populated centres. After all, the virus doesn't spontaneously generate. 5) Actually, the ONS data is a more optimistic picture than the government data because the number of deaths per infection would be lower. 6) What is the affect of repeat infection on the numbers? 7) It's highly likely that the number of breakthrough cases are underreported as, if the infection is mild (as it should be) most won't bother reporting it. 8) it's so disappointing that the medical establishment won't consider that maybe, because this is a different type of vaccine (genetic), they should consider doing things a bit differently (i.e. aspirate).

Thanks, Dr Campbell, for your ongoing objectivity and clarity in reporting and analysis. The aspiration issue -- the blackout on serious discussion and modification of procedures and training -- is schocking, or would be, if concern for patients' safety were the prime concern. I concede that this doctor and others may actually be ignorant, but it appears that the industry & government health organizations' primary concerns are for complete protection from any economic or legal liability whatsoever, as with the explicit EUA liability exemption against vax damage. Apparently, that extends even to the appropriate administration of the vax itself. That is the most consistent explanation for an otherwise incomprehensible resistance to this linkage of myocarditis to the leakage of the vax into the bloodstream that aspiration would limit or prevent.

The next question was also related to aspiration, and he answered that, as well. He said to find an old doctor like himself to do it and he didn't see a negative with asking for aspiration prior. In general, the modern AD syringes (auto-disable syringes) used for mass vaccinations do not permit health workers to aspirate blood. The plunger of an AD syringe can be pushed in only once. It is not possible to aspirate for blood when using this syringe. They are designed this way to prevent accidental reuse, which is a major cause of disease spread during vaccination campaigns. Reusable syringes and needles are not recommended by the WHO for vaccinations. Non-AD syringes are mainly used in-hospital.

After watching this channel I specifically asked about aspiration but was told it was not necessary and was an old fashioned way of doing things. I was extremely polite but told her she should look it up and that I preferred she did it for me. She was obviously annoyed at me for asking as I’ve never had such a painful vacc and was left with a big bruise.

Well, I'm fairly good in calculating probability and that, my dear Sir, is improbable. The probability of number of deaths rising by 1 with each new day is literally zero. What we're facing is an aggressive campaign by officials funded by western eugenicists who are pushing covid-19 certificates so they're presenting extremely large number of cases to push their agenda onto us. But we're not that gullible, oh no, we're not. The real number of cases, the actual cases that are symptomatic is ranging from 40 to 100 daily. That's the reality.

I was talking about true daily cases, cases admitted into hospitals, cases that are symptomatic, not sneezing cases, but cases that are sick and that's about 40 to 100 daily admitted cases on entire territory of Serbia. The propaganda in Serbia was so strong, western style propaganda of nazis, that some people started believing they're sick with corona just by feeling tired, they forgot they felt tired before corona, because we all have to get up early and work, feeling tired is normal, not a sickness, so they're all waiting to get tested, and of course, since the tests are 80% false positives, they get into statistic, but they never really get sick and they survive covid-19 false positive sickness without any issues. My husband was refused aspiration when he got vaccinated recently at a government facility (Adelaide, Australia). Have rung around many local clinics asking about aspiration and none will oblige. One made an interesting comment was that the clinics have to use the auto-dispose needles for both Pfizer and AZ which have low deaf space (allowing more vax shots to be taken from each vial) and importantly you can’t actually aspirate with the AD syringes compared to traditional syringes. Also interesting is that the global suppliers of AD syringes have always made AD syringes for 0.5ml dose so when Pfizer came out with 0.3ml dose new capacity of syringe needed to be manufactured alongside (engineering additional sales/profits for Pifizer….ie if life hands you an opportunity …milk it as much as you can!!!)

When this organization mentioned that AD syringes can only be depressed once, I wondered if that was why injectors were no longer aspirating: the equipment would not allow them to. May I ask if UK is officially in an endemic? If it is, wouldn’t it be more significant to look at severe hospitalisation and death rates and changes rather than focusing on positive cases which WILL go up with the endemic as more people are moving around. At the most, the positive cases will only encourage more to mask up or avoid congested areas. With vaccines breakthrough cases, I thought it’s expected and it’s insignificant as most people does not have choice of selection of which vaccines to take and even that breakthrough data worldwide varies even for the same vaccine. Unfortunately Dr Jordan, in the NZ radio show, represented a major portion of the medical fraternity that said “Aspiration is not required”. I find it incomprehensible when he reasoned why he don’t aspirate as the deltoid muscle area is a blooded area in which case he shouldn’t have injected to the deltoid area unless he agreed that vaccines CAN be given intravenously. Hailed as a "terrific effort" and with 70% of the UK population now "fully vaccined". Isn't it strange that the UK has the highest infections in the world currently. Perhaps there is something fishy going on with the UK water supply? Perhaps it's the air supply or perhaps the PCR has stopped working properly?
@phreatomagmatic80163 жыл бұрын
@@RabJ208 Well actually no we don't. You need to look at infections per head per population to get the correct figure, with many in Eastern Europe, the Baltic, the Balkans. Even Belgium is higher. Another point is in how many tests are being carried out per head per population, with the UK carrying out many more tests per day in comparison to many other nations, so you need to look at the complete picture. If you test ten times more people you are going to find ten times more infections.
We are in the middle of a pandemic. A PANDEMIC is an epidemic that’s spread over multiple countries or continents. ENDEMIC is something that belongs to a particular people or country. AN EPIDEMIC is a disease that affects a large number of people within a community, population, or region.

I would LOVE it if someone could tell me why it's even necessary to test people who aren't hospitalized. What difference does it make? I'm sure if we did all of this testing for the flu there would be no shortage of cases for that in any given year, too. So, it's used as a scare tactic and nothing else, yes?

I have been sharing the information on Aspiration everywhere I can, I'm really astounded by the sadly sheeplike acceptance of the official guidance particularly from people in the medical profession...even some very experienced people, just accept "we dont need to do it anymore" I'm still very shocked by this... I can't understand how anyone can inject knowing there is a possibility that they are killing someone... may be only a tiny chance but it is happening...the cold hard truth is people are being injured and killed by non aspiration.

In general, the modern AD syringes (auto-disable syringes) used for mass vaccinations do not permit health workers to aspirate blood. The plunger of an AD syringe can be pushed in only once. It is not possible to aspirate for blood when using this syringe. Non-AD syringes are mainly used in-hospital I think.
@seanwhitfield45813 жыл бұрын
@@cloudpoint0 Yes, I had previously asked this question..Is it possible that they don't aspirate because they are using the wrong syringe ... maybe they have millions of them but that is no excuse. See below quote/extract from a paper regarding aspiration which I totally agree with. The fact that most AD devices c urrently in use do not allow for aspiration also appears to have been a major factor in the decision to eliminate aspiration as an essential step prior to IM or SC injection of vaccines. We argue that clinical needs should dictate the development of new devices and not the other way around.

On the issue of aspiration, in one of your recent videos, one argument someone gave against aspiration was that aspiration increased the chance of an embolism. I asked a friend of mine, who is an experienced nurse in the U.S, if there was any basis for this assertion. My friend, who was trained to aspirate when she underwent nurse training many years ago, said that one reason they were told to aspirate was to DECREASE the chance of an embolism (if the shot happened to be injected into the blood stream instead of into the muscle).

@@RabJ208 They have the highest infection rate because they have largely abandoned other common sense measures such as mask wearing in indoor public places, social distancing, etc. Also, a lot of younger people who have not been vaccinated are becoming infected. People who have been vaccinated can become infected but are still highly protected against hospitalization and death. Booster shots for older people especially are a good idea, since their immune systems are less robust. I live in the U.S. and recently got my booster shot of the Pfizer vaccine.

Furthermore, we already have significant indications that Spectre is not trustworthy (vitamin d interview). I would suggest that none of this data is reliable at all, and that all of it is political.

Then you notice there’s a few scientists with their mouths taped shut ... and a few more with someone behind them pointing a gun at their head … And the ones that said ‘it’s safe’ are clinging onto massive bundles of cash ... Just a word on aspiration for an AUS experience. Brought up my wish for it to be aspirated by the nurse who replied that she had been told not to as it could result in a reaction at the site. Stood up to walk out then the nurse said she would ask her superior. She came back and advised that she could if I wanted.
